I run my companies on an AI layer I built myself, and I help other organizations get AI off the sidelines and into their actual work.

I built this for myself first. Exocognition is the operating layer that runs my work day to day, not a chatbot I open when I have a question but a system on the org chart that handles email triage, meeting preparation, content drafts, sales follow-through, and the dozen daily decisions that used to either happen in my head or not at all. ExoCog is what I call it in daily speech. The product is in closed beta with a small group of partners through the summer. The waitlist below is where I am posting build journal updates, and the first place to hear what comes next.
